Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sarojacommerce1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued to a bank account or UPI ID you provide.
Exchanges
Need a different size or design? Start a return for the original item and place a new order, or contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange.
